Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the District Agricultural Product Enhancement Center. The research employed a descriptive research method. The study on the Agricultural Product Enhancement Center included primary key informants that consisted of 1) Mr. Wichianrat Matchanika (Chairman), 2) Mr. Boonterm Siriwan (Plant Chairman), 3) Mr. Thawatchai Matchanika (Vice President), 4) Mr. Chaiyapong Thananchai (Secretary), and 5) Miss Jiraporn Jitphan (Treasurer). Research tools included a camera, observation records, and interview forms. The study of Lan Saka District Agricultural Product Enhancement Center, upon collecting information and checking the content correctly, then the data was analyzed. The results of the research found that 1) the development of the emergence of the agricultural product enhancement center group in Lan Saka District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province consisted of four stages: 1.1) Formation stage of the Lan Saka District Agricultural Product Enhancement Center Group, which in the past it was indicated that it established as a group of farmers growing fruit in Lan Saka District;                                 1.2) The process of gathering with the Lan Saka District Agricultural Product Enhancement Center Group indicated that villagers became members of the learning center; 1.3) The steps of production within the Lan Saka District Agricultural Product Enhancement Center group; and 1.4) Management procedures for the Lan Saka District Agricultural Product Enhancement Center group. 2) Problem conditions of the Lan Saka District Agricultural Product Enhancement Center group that indicated efficiency of agricultural products in Lan Saka District included
2.1) Production problems, which indicated that in some seasons there would have been no mangosteen production; 2.2) Packaging problems, which indicated that the produce in each season did not yield the required results; 2.3) There were marketing problems of the Agricultural Product Enhancement Center Group; and 2.4) Management problems of the Agricultural
Product Enhancement Center Group of Lan Saka District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
And 3) The process for creating a community learning network in Lan Saka District Agricultural Product Enhancement Center Group included 3.1) Moderation, 3.2) Reasonableness in making straightforward decisions, and 3.3) Self-immunity.
