Abstract
This research article studies the participatory development of Kaeng Kua Khoey (Tumih) products based on wisdom to strengthen the creative economy in Thepha District, Songkhla Province. The objective is to study the wisdom of making Kaeng Kua Khoey (curry paste). To study consumer opinions on Kaeng Kua Khoey products. and to develop curry products. This research is participatory action research. Study from a sample group philosophers from the wisdom , the community, cooperative groups In the area of Thepha District, Songkhla Province, community enterprise groups and consumers. The research methodology comprises group discussions, in-depth interviews, observations, and consumer opinion assessments. The research results that The wisdom of making Kaeng Kua Khoey (curry paste). The ingredients and cooking methods are different according to the identity of each area. And the results of the test of acceptance and liking of the 7 Recipes of Kaeng Kua Khoey kheaw (Tumih) curry products found that the testers accepted the 2nd Recipe product in all characteristics. with a moderate acceptance value The tester has a preference. and interested in purchasing the product.
