LEADERSHIP OF COMMANDERS TOWARDS THE WORK OF SUBORDINATES

Abstract

Leadership and leadership are important for managing an organisation to be successful. Because it is one of the most important factors of management resources, the organisation needs a leader with good leadership to be able to lead the organisation to its goals. There are 4 types of leadership styles: 1. Commanders with absolute authority. 2. Commanders with no authority. 3. Commanders with no authority. 4. Leaders with complete authority. Each type has similarities and differences: 1. The level of involvement of the commander, such as proactive and reactive. 2. The use of power by leaders, such as authoritarian and democratic. However, the important thing is the good qualities of the leader and the effectiveness of the leader. Therefore, good leadership resides in leaders who have appropriate personal qualities that are conducive to leading the organisation well.
