PERFORMANCE MOTIVATION CREATION OF GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION OFFICIALS BY THEMSELF

Abstract

Government organizations were managed under the Thai bureaucracy. Every organization of public sectors needed personnel with knowledge and ability to perform their jobs. However, acquiring personnel that meet the needs of the organization was difficult and ordering personnel to perform their duties to their fullest potential was also difficult because motivation is an important factor that will encourage personnel to be happy and willing to perform their duties to the best of their abilities. In Buddhism, the application of Sangahavatthu 4 was used to create motivation for work by themself. It will help encourage personnel to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
