THE EVOLUTION OF HOSTILE POSSESSION

This article aims to study the evolution of hostile possession. The term “Hostile possession” is widely used in the legal profession today. It defines the act of acquiring ownership of another person's property by possession for the period specified by law. Thai lawyers have interpreted this action in various ways. What is the true purpose of adverse possession, and does it require honesty? And if the action is dishonest or property in the enemy's possession due to the commission of an offence, how do I get ownership? The concepts of adverse possession from the evolution of adverse possession share commonalities and differences with those of different origins for application in solving the problem of hostile possession.
