SERVICE EFFICIENCY DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract

The Provincial Administrative Organization was a government organization that carried out public utilities and provided convenience to people at the provincial level. Most of the work of the Provincial Administrative Organization was a service. Therefore, the management must be focused on service efficiency which includes accuracy, sufficiency, thoroughness, convenience, standards, and appropriate fees. Guidelines for improving the efficiency of service provision as mentioned above will create efficiency in providing good services that truly meet the needs of the people. The services became more concrete, accepted by the people and can build trust with service recipients.
