Abstract

This academic article aims to study and present the principles of Buddhism and organizational management and the principles of organizational development. Use the method of reviewing from books. Related textbooks and research are then interpreted and explained according to the principles of public administration. The results of the study found that the public administration paradigm t reflects management principles that can meet the needs of tourism areas to the utmost and aims to reflect tourism management in each context, which takes into account the consistency with the Thai way of life in the area. This will be the key to unlocking the balance of the community. Tourists and stakeholders in Thai tourism until it results in stability, prosperity, and sustainability.
