For local administrative organizations which were organizations under the Ministry of Interior, pushing all 10 main policies into practice must have to consider several issues because the main policy has been set in general. Local government organization which was an organization that interacts closely with the public requires policy analysis, and operation of the policy according to the policy process by integration with Buddhadhamma which was Gharavasadhamma included Sacca: truth and honesty which was telling the truth and doing the truth, Dama: taming and training oneself which was training the personnel to have knowledge and ability regarding all 10 policies, Khanti: tolerance which was trying to be patient and tolerant in planning the implementation of the policy and Caga: liberality was sacrificing resources and manpower to implement policies. Proceeding in that way will be able to implement the policy to achieve the goals effectively.
