APPLICATION OF BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES FOR PROMOTING POLICIES ON BALANCING AND DEVELOPING PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS

Abstract

The objective of this academic article was to study the application of Buddhist principles for promoting policies on balancing and developing public administration systems focused on the topic of balancing and developing public administration systems which was important issue that governments of every era were interested in and have established policies in this aspect.  The important approach was using modern technology to increase efficiency and improve the work of the public sector to become a digital government which allows citizens to receive services from the government more conveniently. In practice, Buddhist principles could be applied to promote balance and development of public management systems. which will make government organizations modern, flexible and suitable for the country's development context, there were personnel with potential, morality, ethics, and conscience which will enable the country to achieve sustainable development according to the goals of the national strategy.
