BUDDHA DHAMMA APPLICATION FOR PROMOTING BUDDHIST DISSEMINATION

Abstract

The objective of this academic article was to study Buddhadhamma application for promoting Buddhist dissemination. Nowadays, the dissemination of Buddhism could be done through many channels, and the monks had more potential to disseminate because they had been well trained in dissemination. The effective dissemination of Buddhism depended on the qualities of the disseminator, knowledge, ability, understanding of the principles of dissemination, and application of Buddhist principles for dissemination. The disseminator should have the qualities of a good disseminator including being liked, liked, and respected, speaker, patient with words, speaking with profound words, and does not lead others into not right. The disseminator must have knowledge about communication, including the sender, the message, the communication channel, and the receiver, must know how to apply the principles of Buddhism to spread the teachings, namely the principles of Buddhist communication, which include speaking the truth, speaking the truth, speaking at the right time, speaking interesting things, and speaking beneficial things. This will make the dissemination more effective.
