Abstract

This academic article focuses on the study of professional nurses in the digital era who need to adapt, never stop learning, develop their potential, and develop various skills. Keep up with the rapidly changing world. The author has therefore collected policy suggestions from academics as well as presented the author's opinions from a public administration perspective on strategic human resource management with the integration of the principles of Iddhipadadhamma or Iddhipada 4, which are four moral virtues that will lead to success: 1. Chantha, do what you love and love what you do with a goal; 2. Perseverance, perseverance and effort; 3. Chitta, attention and focus to complete the task 4. Vimansa, pondering using the intellect to consider and detect reasons. This practice helps one gain confidence in facing problems and overcoming various obstacles. It also allows one to work with value, live a happy life every day, and achieve sustainable success.
