บทคัดย่อ
ทุนทางสังคมถูกนำมาใช้มากขึ้นในด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนซึ่งพิจารณาว่าทุนทางสังคมที่มีส่วนสนับสนุนสามารถสร้างเศรษฐกิจสังคมในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่นได้ ตามคำจำกัดความของทุนทางสังคม(social capital) บทความนี้จะตรวจสอบว่าสามารถประเมินได้อย่างไรและจากนั้นจะแสดงรายการข้อค้นพบหลักเกี่ยวกับความสำคัญของทุนทางสังคมในการทำความเข้าใจเศรษฐกิจสังคมและการพัฒนาชุมชนสรุปด้วยผลกระทบเชิงนโยบายหลายประการเกี่ยวกับวิธีการใช้ทุนทางสังคมในบริบทของการพัฒนาชุมชน
