**Currently, the Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning is conducted online. Interested individuals can submit articles throughout the year. For new submitters (those submitting for the first time) – please review the details before submitting articles through the system: further information can be found at https://so18.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JCLL.

Interested individuals can register and submit articles through the ThaiJo system on the website (online system). Registration is available at https://so18.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JCLL.

Instructions for Prospective Article Submitters
1. The Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning operates impartially, without prioritizing any individuals or organizations.
2. The Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning accepts articles and supplementary documents only through the ThaiJo system of the Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning.
The Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning accepts only articles within the scope specified by the journal.
3. The Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning reviews articles on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of submission in the system.
4. The evaluation period for the quality of articles is approximately 1 month, which may vary depending on the quality of the article and the assessment by the reviewers.
5. It is the duty and responsibility of the authors to review the article format and supplementary documents from the website of the Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning before submission.
7. The Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning will reject articles that are not in the correct format and have incomplete supplementary documents. Authors can revise the articles to the correct format for reconsideration.
8. The Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning will delete articles without activity from the author for 3 months when the article is due for review.
9. The Journal of Citizens of Lifelong Learning will reject articles that are not corrected after receiving more than 3 rounds of revision instructions from the journal.
10. Please review the article format and submission process thoroughly before using the system for the first time.
