การยกระดับการเรียนรู้สู่การปฏิบัติจริงด้วยรูปแบบการสอน M-I-A-P

บทคัดย่อ

บทความปริทัศน์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติด้วยรูปแบบ M-I-A-P ในบริบทของการอาชีวศึกษา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (Systematic Review) จากการสังเคราะห์แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รูปแบบ M-I-A-P (Motivation, Information, Application, Progress) เป็นเครื่องมือที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการเชื่อมโยงทฤษฎีสู่การปฏิบัติ ช่วยยกระดับทักษะวิชาชีพและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อก้าวสู่การเป็นนวัตกรที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 บทความนี้ยังได้นำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะเชิงปฏิบัติในการออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และแนวทางสำหรับการทำวิจัยในอนาคตเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการอาชีวศึกษาต่อไป
