Abstract

This review article aims to analyze and present practical learning management approaches using the M-I-A-P model, within the context of vocational education. Employing a systematic literature review methodology, this study synthesizes relevant concepts, theories, and empirical research. The findings indicate that the M-I-A-P (Motivation, Information, Application, Progress) model is an effective tool for bridging theory and practice, significantly enhancing vocational skills and learning achievement. Ultimately transforming them into innovators equipped for the 21st-century labor market. This article also provides practical recommendations for designing instructional activities and future research directions to elevate the quality of vocational education.
