The Effects of Learning Management for Career Education Course Using Collaborative Learning Process (CO-5STEPs) on Analytical Thinking Abilities and Teamwork Collaboration Competency of 6th Grade Students

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ของนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ที่จัดการเรียนรู้รายวิชาการงานอาชีพ ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบรวมพลัง 5 ขั้นตอน กับนักเรียนที่เรียนแบบบรรยาย 2) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะการรวมพลังทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ที่จัดการเรียนรู้รายวิชาการงานอาชีพ ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบรวมพลัง 5 ขั้นตอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนอนุบาลระยอง ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 2 ห้องเรียน กลุ่มควบคุม 1 ห้องเรียน 40 คน และกลุ่มทดลอง 1 ห้องเรียน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบรวมพลัง 5 ขั้นตอน และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบรรยายแบบทดสอบความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะการรวมพลังทำงานเป็นทีม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ของนักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองที่จัดการเรียนรู้รายวิชาการงานอาชีพ ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบรวมพลัง 5 ขั้นตอน สูงกว่านักเรียนกลุ่มควบคุมที่เรียนแบบบรรยาย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 2) สมรรถนะการรวมพลังทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ที่จัด การเรียนรู้รายวิชาการงานอาชีพด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบรวมพลัง 5 ขั้นตอน มีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (𝑥̅= 3.29, SD = 0.56)

This research aimed 1) to compare the analytical thinking ability of 6th grade students who were organized to learn with the 5-step collaborative learning process with those who were organized to learn in a lecture-based method 2) to study the teamwork collaboration competency of 6th grade students who were organized to learn with the 5-step collaborative learning process. The sample group was 6th grade students of Anubanrayong School in academic year of 2024, consisting of 2 classrooms, divided into a control group of 40 participants and an experimental group with 40 participants. The research instruments consisted of learning activity plans with the 5-step collaborative learning process and the lecture-based method, analytical thinking ability test, and teamwork collaboration competency assessment form. Data analyses included the mean, standard deviation, and independent sample t-tests. The results demonstrated that: 1) the analytical thinking ability of the experimental group were organized to learn career education course with the 5-step collaborative learning process was higher than those students in control group who were organized to learn in a lecture-based method with a statistical significance level of .05, and 2) the teamwork collaboration competency of the 6th grade students who were organized to learn career education course with the 5-step collaborative learning process (CO-5STEPs) exhibited an evaluation result at a very good level (𝑥̅= 3.29, SD = 0.56).
