Peer Review Process
The Korean Studies for International Management Journal (KSIMJ) employs a double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic quality and integrity of all published manuscripts.
Upon submission, each manuscript is initially screened by the Editorial Team for scope, originality, and compliance with the journal's submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to three independent peer reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area.
All identifying information of both authors and reviewers is concealed throughout the review process to ensure impartiality and objectivity.
The final editorial decision is made based on the collective recommendations of all three reviewers. Authors will be notified of the decision along with the reviewers' comments within approximately 8–12 weeks of submission.
