Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The manualscript must be formatted using Arial font, with main headings in size 11, bold, and body text in size 10, regular. All text should be a 1.5-line space must be added after each paragraph.
  • The manuscript follows ethical research standards, including proper citation and avoidance of fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism.

Author Guidelines

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the journal template provided by KSIMJ. Download Template The manuscript should follow the formatting requirements specified by the journal. Submissions that do not comply with the journal’s formatting guidelines will not be considered for review.

All manuscripts must follow the APA 7th edition (American Psychological Association) citation and referencing style. Authors are required to prepare both in-text citations and the reference list according to the guidelines provided by the Office of Academic Resources, Chulalongkorn University. Copyright Notice

Authors publishing with the journal must agree to the following conditions:
1. Upon submission, authors agree to relinquish certain rights to control the dissemination of their work in accordance with the journal’s policies.
2. Once the article is accepted for publication, authors agree to transfer the copyright of the article to the journal, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, and publish the article through all channels, such as books, journals, websites, or other online platforms.
3. Authors retain the right to use their work for academic purposes, such as teaching, including in theses or sharing on non-commercial platforms.
4. The journal publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows others to share the article on websites or other media, provided proper credit is given to the original authors, but does not permit adaptation or commercial use.
5. Authors confirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions to use third-party materials, such as images or graphics, and have provided appropriate credit.
