Measures and Mechanisms to Prevent Corruption in the Local Government Organization

Abstract

The analysis revealed that the problem of corruption is a serious threat that has been deeply rooted in Thai society for a long time, taking many forms and characteristics. Which damages the country in terms of economic, political, social, governance, and inhibits the development of the country limiting their ability to compete with other civilized countries which at present has continued to escalate Therefore, corruption in local government organizations requires a study of social infrastructure, strategies, systems, skills, human resource management. And management as well as reform the law and the judicial process to be modern, fair and in line with international regulations or international agreements. All sectors must be aware and cooperate in preventing and suppressing corruption. And eliminating corruption problems in local government organizations completely from Thai society.
