1. Journal Objectives (Aims)
            The Journal of Educational Transformation aims to be an academic platform for students, the public, academics, teachers, researchers, and education practitioners to disseminate research, innovations, and new knowledge that connects “education” with “social transformation” at the classroom, community, and public policy levels. The journal intends to promote education as a vital force for sustainable development, learning equity, and the improvement of the quality of life in a democratic society.
                 The journal focuses on building academic networks among communities, teachers, students, lecturers, and researchers in educational and social sciences to exchange ideas and practical experiences that can be applied to develop “transformative learning” in all social contexts.

2. Journal Scope
              The Journal of Educational Transformation accepts research articles, academic articles, review articles, and book reviews from all fields related to educational science, including early childhood, primary, secondary, higher education, vocational education, and lifelong learning. The focus is on creating new knowledge that promotes “transformative learning” in individual, community, and societal dimensions, as well as the application of technology and creativity. And innovations to develop education in the 21st century.


The journal's scope covers the following educational disciplines:

1. Curriculum, Teaching, and Learning
2. Educational Administration and Leadership
3. Teacher and Professional Development
4. Digital Technology and Educational Innovation
5. Guidance, Special, and Inclusive Education
6. Humanistic, Social, and Cultural Education
7. Educational Policy and Sustainable Development
8. Comparative and International Education

Articles considered for publication must have substance that is of social interest or address a controversial social issue or debate, and be applicable. Articles may present a new social perspective, new knowledge, or present existing knowledge from a new angle, and must not have been previously published in any other journal. This includes not being under consideration for publication in any other journal.

3. Requirements
         Articles published in the journal have undergone a double-blind peer review process by at least 2-3 qualified reviewers, where the reviewers and authors are unaware of the reviewers' identities.

              The  Journal accepts articles in both Thai and English. All manuscripts, even those critical of society and politics, are considered. Submitted works must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication in another journal. Authors must strictly adhere to the guidelines for submitting academic or research articles for publication in the journal, including the citation system, which must comply with the journal's guidelines.

4. Policy
         The views and opinions expressed in journal articles are the responsibility of the authors, not the editorial board, and do not reflect the views and responsibilities of the editorial board. The editorial board does not reserve the copyright for copying but requires attribution of the source.

5. Fees
        - The journal currently does not charge any fees for publication at any stage.

6. Publication Schedule
           The journal has been published since 2026 and has begun publishing in electronic format. The journal will be published exclusively online. The review process is completed within 30 days, and articles will be immediately published upon completion of the review process.
Currently, the journal is published three times a year:

            Issue 1: January-April

            Issue 2: May-September

            Issue 3: October-December

7. Languages ​​Accepted for Publication
          The  Journal accepts articles in both Thai and English. Accepted articles must be of relevant and socially interesting importance.

8. Types of Articles Published
         Submitted articles must be formatted according to the specified format and undergo peer review by qualified experts in the relevant field before being accepted for publication. Articles accepted for publication are divided into four categories:


1) Academic Articles: These are analytical, critical, or innovative articles. They are academic writings that analyze issues according to scholarly principles. The articles conduct a systematic literature review and analysis to support and summarize the analysis on the issue. The content focuses on academic aspects, presenting new ideas or scientific knowledge, or interpretations.

2.) Research articles : There are articles that present the results of systematically conducted research and have achieved the research objectives. The article includes the title, author details, abstract, and content consisting of an introduction, research methods, review of related research, and research objectives.

3.) Review Articles: These articles are written by compiling knowledge on a currently interesting topic through analysis, synthesis, comparison, and/or criticism to create a new perspective. The article consists of an introduction, body, criticism, conclusion, and bibliography.

4.) Book Reviews: These articles narrate and express opinions about a particular book, intending to recommend it to readers. They provide complete bibliographic details, including the book's genre, scope, special features, and strengths. The article evaluates the book's value, expresses reasoned opinions on whether it's worth reading or acquiring, and identifies it as suitable for a specific readership. Comparisons with other books of the same genre are also included. Reviewers should possess knowledge in the field being reviewed and should provide their name or information to assess the credibility of the review.

9. Article Review Process
The detailed steps for reviewing articles for publication in the journal include:
1. Initial Article Review by the Editorial Board:
          Upon receiving an article from a submitter, the journal will send it to the editorial board for initial review. Subsequently, qualified reviewers will be nominated, and the article will be submitted for final review. The editorial board will check the article's format, consistency with the objectives and research results, and clarity of content. 1. Academic Accuracy, Citation Style, and Initial Content Repetition/Plagiarism: Articles that do not meet the specified format or contain duplications/plagiarisms will not be accepted for consideration by the editorial board.

2. Peer Review Process:
            The journal has a quality assessment process by qualified experts prior to publication. Articles published in the journal undergo a double-blind peer-review process by at least 2-3 experts. After the initial screening, the editorial board will propose 2-3 experts for further review. These experts are not affiliated with the author. Articles from internal authors will be reviewed by external experts, while articles from external authors will be reviewed by internal or external experts with expertise in the field and no conflict of interest with the author.

3. Article Revision:
           Once the review process by all experts has been completed, the article will be revised. The journal will send the review results to authors via electronic means, such as email, for revisions. Authors will need to submit articles with a "Suitable for Publication" or "Publicable with Revisions" rating from at least two out of three reviewers.
         The revised sections of the article should be highlighted, underlined, or have the font color changed to a different color for comparison with the original version. The revised article should be submitted back through the system in the "Revision" section.

4. Editorial Review of Article Completeness After Author Revisions
             Once the author has revised the article according to the reviewers' recommendations, the journal will send the revised article to the editors for review. The editorial board will check the accuracy and completeness of the article and the revisions based on the reviewers' suggestions.

5. Acceptance Certificate and Publication
          If the author requires an acceptance certificate, they must indicate this during submission. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of no certificate.
After the editorial board has reviewed the article and deems it suitable for publication, the journal will issue an acceptance certificate. And the article will be published on the journal's website.
