Logistics Management Affecting Tourism Competitiveness Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

This research aimed to 1) study logistics management and tourism competitiveness, 2) study logistics management that influences tourism competitiveness in Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, using questionnaires to collect data from 348 samples, using systematic sampling and simple random sampling. Statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that opinions on logistics management and tourism competitiveness were at a high level. Logistics management explained 76.7 percent of the variance in tourism competitiveness, with key factors including information management, physical management, demand management, and personnel management. The results of the study suggested that infrastructure for transportation, parking, and traffic management should be developed to facilitate tourists, and community participation should be promoted in exchanging information to forecast trends and plan activities that meet tourists’ needs. Local guides should be developed to convey information accurately, as well as disseminate practices in tourist attractions to create good experiences, create impressions, and create unique products for the community to promote the local economy to enhance competitiveness and grow sustainably.
