Abstract

This academic article was studying Buddhist principles for organizational management in the era of Thailand 4.0 .Therefore, stydying was a lot of change according to the current world by studying the current world by studing the related document with the organization management in Thailand 4.0 era and  Buddhist principles as a guide for organization management. The principles of Buddhist The principle of Buddhism as a guideline is the Four Bases of Success, namely (Chanta) is planning along with satisfaction (persistence) is the organization Along with perseverance (Chitta) is to lead along with care and finally (Wimangsa) is control, which is coupled with understanding. That contributes to the development of behavior, development and intelligence, which is the principle of responsibility for work to success for both oneself and the organization. Which lead to the management of the organization that is "truly stable, wealthy and sustainable"
