การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขในการรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติแลกเปลี่ยน ภายใต้สัญญาความร่วมมือของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของนักศึกษาต่างชาติแลกเปลี่ยนภายใต้สัญญาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ และเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาระบบออนไลน์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการรับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนระดับปริญญ าตรี จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามสภาพปัญหาปัจจุบัน อุปสรรค และแนวทางการพัฒนา โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณา
ด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาต่างชาติแลกเปลี่ยนมีการรับรู้ปัญหาและอุปสรรคโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุดเกือบทุกด้าน อย่างไรก็ตาม ปัญหาด้านการใช้งานระบบออนไลน์และความเพียงพอของข้อมูลหรือคำแนะนำยังอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับแนวทางการพัฒนา มีข้อเสนอให้ปรับปรุงระบบข้อมูลและระบบลงทะเบียนออนไลน์ พัฒนาช่องทางสื่อสารหลายภาษา จัดกิจกรรมด้านภาษาและวัฒนธรรมไทย จัดระบบเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน (Buddy Program) และมีที่ปรึกษาหรือหน่วยงานช่วยเหลือเฉพาะสำหรับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน เพื่อส่งเสริมการปรับตัวและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาต่างชาติของมหาวิทยาลัย
