บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารและระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยม (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์กับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน (4) อำนาจพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และ (5) แนวทางการยกระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารและครูจำนวน 350 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นแบบไม่เป็นสัดส่วน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารมี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความยืดหยุ่น การมีวิสัยทัศน์ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการจินตนาการ ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสม (2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารและประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน (4) ความยืดหยุ่นและความคิดสร้างสรรค์เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีอำนาจพยากรณ์สูงสุด สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนได้ร้อยละ 69.10 และ (5) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนควรมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความยืดหยุ่นและความคิดสร้างสรรค์เป็นสำคัญ
