Abstract

This study employed a quasi-experimental one-group posttest-only design with the objectives to (1) develop a workload notification and tracking system, (2) evaluate the usage of this system, and (3) investigate the satisfaction levels associated with the system. The sample comprised 59 Matthayom 6 students, selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included (1) the workload notification and tracking system and (2) a satisfaction evaluation form. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that (1) the developed workload notification and tracking system consists of six key components, (2) the average usage score of the system was 55.94, and (3) overall satisfaction with the system for the Creative Computing course for Matthayom 6 students at Assumption School was rated as very high (x ̅ = 4.46, SD = 0.83).
