Evaluation of Educational Quality for Community Schools in Northern Border Provinces

Abstract
The two main objectives of this study were: 1) to evaluate and compare the quality of the community schools in the northern provinces and 2) to construct the predictive equation evaluation of the 359 samples who were administrators, teachers, and school staff. The instrument was a 100-item questionnaire with the content validity of 0.80-1.00 by IOC and the values of the reliability were between 0.750 and 0.971. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The study show that the qualitative outcomes gathered from the targeted schools had good performances in leadership and customer and had fair performances on the strategic plan, measurement analysis, knowledge management, workforce focus, and process management. Six qualitative outcomes included learning, customer focus budgetary, finance and marketing, workforce focus, processing effectiveness, and leadership. Besides, the school administrators at the age of 40s with at least 10 years of experience in private secondary schools in districts or schools with follower of Buddhism or Royal followers out performed other schools. The findings also demonstrated that best predictive variables of school outcomes were process management measurement, analysis, and knowledge management. Other predictors were leadership, workforce focus, strategic planning, and customer focus.
