Results of the Use of Computer-Assisted Instruction Lessons and Mind Map Teaching Technique on Literary Value Analytical Skills of Nirat PhuKhao Thong for the 7th grade at Mahavajiravudh Songkhla School

Abstract
The purposes of this research were (1) to develop computer-assisted instruction lessons and mind mapping for literary value analytical skills on Nirat Phukhao Thong to meet efficient standard criterion of 80/80 (2) to compare literary value analytical skills on Nirat Phu Khao Thong before and after the use of computer-assisted instruction lessons and mind mapping, and ( 3) to find out the satisfaction of Mathayomsuksa 1 students towards the use of computer-assisted instruction lessons and mind mapping. Research sample comprised 44 lower secondary school students who studied in the first year or seventh grade at Mahavajiravudh Songkhla School. The students were selected by purposive sampling to participate in the research. The research instruments were (1) lesson plans of Nirat Phu Khao Thong, (2) computerassisted instruction lessons on Nirat Phu Khao Thong for Mathayomsuksa 1 students, (3) an assessment test of literary value analytical skills on Nirat Phu Khao Thong, and (4) an assessment questionnaire of student’s satisfaction towards computer-assisted instruction lessons and mind mapping The findings revealed that the efficiency of computer-assisted instruction lessons and mind mapping on Nirat Phu Khao Thong was 80.11/85.45. It showed the use of computer-assisted instruction lessons and mind mapping met the standard criterion of 80/80. Student’s post-test scores of literary value analytical skills on Nirat Phu Khao Thong were significantly higher than the pre-test scores at the .00 level, which was consistent with the hypothesis. The overall satisfaction of Mathayomsuksa 1 students towards the use of computer-assisted instruction lessons and mind mapping was at the good level ( = 4.45, SD= 0.70)
