A Construction of Small School Management to Become a High-Performance School Behavior

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop a Behavioral test for the Administration and Management of Small Schools to become a High-Performance School ( BAMSS-HPS test) according to the criteria, and ( 2 ) to create a normal criterion of BAMSS-HPS test. Sample group for pilot study consisted of 200 government teachers, and the sample for the Normative Study was 850. The research instrument was a questionnaire as a 6-level estimator. The data was analyzed by using LISREL 8.80.
The findings are as follows: ( 1) There are 5 components in BAMSS-HPS test including 54 indicators, namely (1.1) Creating Innovative Leadership Behaviors (CILB) (1.2) Excellence Organizational Development Behavior (EODB) (1.3) Technology and Communication Development Behavior (TCDB) (1.4) Internal Quality Assurance Behavior (IQAB) and (1.5) Data and Information Organization Behavior (DIOB). (2) A normal score of BAMSS-HPS test is a range of T28.79 – T70.10
