Constructing an Environment to Facilitate Learning Process

Abstract

This article presents author’s perspective on constructing a learning environment to facilitate learning process. In constructing an effective learning environment, educators must understand principles and concepts of factors impacting physical and psychological of learners. Comfortable setting and tools availability impact both physical and psychological well-being. Moreover, the article discussed strategy for which educators can improve psychological factors which can be categorized into intelligence (i.e., knowledge, skills, attitude, activities, and discipline) and emotion and social (i.e., positive attitude, caring, trust, behavior, and social interaction). Degree of success of a particular learning environment can be indicated by learners’ response to the above factors.
