Abstract

This study aimed to 1) To study of the problems of teacher professional experience training among pre-service teachers. 2) Compare the problem of pre-service teacher by gender and major. The sample of this study was 271 pre-service teacher students from Faculty of Education Ramkhamhaeng University in academic year 2024. The instrument employed in the study was the questionnaire on problems of teacher professional experience training among pre-service teachers. Results showed that 1) There were two problems of professional Teaching experience that were in high level: problems on classroom management and student’ problem. There was a problems of professional Teaching experience were in moderate level, problem on school. Two problems of professional Teaching experience were in low level: problems of mentor teacher and supervisor. 2) The comparison of professional teaching experience indicted that different genders encountered the same problems of the five aspects at statistical significance .05. The comparison of professional teaching experience indicted that different major encountered the same problems except from Early Childhood Education which had the different problem at statistical significance .05.
