sample group consisted o f 5 Thai language teachers. The research was conducted using action
research methodology based o n the concepts o f Kemmis and McTaggart. The research
instruments included a needs assessment survey, a knowledge and understanding test, a training
manual for developing competence i n learning management using Artificial Intelligence (Al), a
lesson plan evaluation form, a teaching supervision form, and a satisfaction evaluation form. The
statistical methods used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The research findings show that 1) the teachers had the highest demand for ChatGPT (60.00%),
followed by Gemini and Canva, with the primary objective o f assisting in designing worksheets,
exercises, and learning games to stimulate student interest. 2) Regarding the results of the
capacity development after the workshop, teachers' average knowledge and understanding
scores were significantly higher than before the workshop (p < .05), with an average post-
development score of 92.00%. The evaluation o f Al-created lesson plans showed a very good
level o f consistency (x = 3.20), and the overall results of actual teaching supervision were at the
highest level (x = 4.31). 3) Teachers were highly satisfied with the overall competency
development (x = 4.30), with the highest satisfaction level regarding students receiving lessons
tailored to their individual aptitudes and needs (x = 4.80).
