Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The Editorial Board of the Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University Khon Kaen Campus welcomes submissions of Academic Articles and Research Articles in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences. The submission requirements are as follows:

1. Editorial Policies and Peer Review Process

  • Peer Review: Every manuscript undergoes a rigorous quality assessment by three (3) subject-matter experts in the relevant field.

  • Review Method: Double-blind Review (the identities of both reviewers and authors are concealed from each other throughout the process).

  • Plagiarism and Originality: Manuscripts must have a Similarity Index of no more than 10%. Submissions must be original works that have not been previously published or are currently under consideration by any other journal.

2. Manuscript Preparation

  • Length: 10 – 20 pages of A4 paper (including the reference list).

  • Numerals: Arabic Numerals must be used exclusively throughout the text, including for statistical data, dates, and page numbering.

  • Language: The journal accepts manuscripts in both Thai and English.

  • Manuscript Components: Each submission must include the Title, Author’s name(s) (with academic affiliation and E-mail), Abstract (maximum 300 words), and Keywords (2 – 5 words) in both Thai and English. The article structure must strictly adhere to all required headings for either a Research Article or an Academic Article.

3. Reference Style (APA 7th Edition)

The journal strictly adheres to the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition standard for both In-text Citations and the Reference List at the end of the manuscript.

Plagiarism Check: The Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University of Khon Kaen Campus utilizes the CopyCatch software via the ThaiJO (TCI) system for plagiarism detection. The similarity index must not exceed 15%.

5. Submission Process

  1. Manuscripts must be formatted according to the official Journal Template.

  2. Submissions are accepted exclusively through the journal's online system (ThaiJO).

  3. Authors hold full responsibility for the accuracy of citations and adherence to academic ethics.
