Journal History

The Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University Khon Kaen Campus, was established in accordance with the university’s determination: "Wisdom, Skills, Cheerfulness, and Virtue," and its philosophy: "Education Develops People, People Build the Nation." The journal serves as a national platform for disseminating high-quality academic and research works in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences. It aims to promote knowledge exchange among teachers, researchers, and graduate students both internally and externally. The inaugural issue (Vol. 1 No. 1) was published during May – August 2024.

  1. Policies, Objectives, and Scope

Policies

  1. To support the publication of academic works by students, teachers, university staff, and interested individuals from both within and outside the university.
  1. To serve as a platform for knowledge exchange among scholars, researchers, and the general public.

Objectives

  1. To promote the dissemination of academic and research works in Humanities and Social Sciences for graduate students, university staff, and the general public.
  1. To act as a medium for exchanging academic knowledge, both theoretical and practical, among scholars, students, and interested individuals.
  1. To enable the general public to utilize the knowledge for reference and broader academic benefit.

Scope The journal accepts manuscripts covering Humanities and Social Sciences in the following areas:

    • Education, Economics, and Social Sciences
    • Business Administration, Management, and Accounting
    • Political Science, Public Administration, and Law
    • Linguistics, Psychology, Arts and Humanities, and related Interdisciplinary fields.
  1. Types and Languages of Articles

Article Types: Research Articles and Academic Articles.

Languages: Thai and English.

  1. Publication Schedule The journal is published online 3 issues per year as follows:

Issue 1: January – April

Issue 2: May – August

Issue 3: September – December

  1. Peer Review Policy

Review Format: Double-Blind Peer Review (neither authors nor reviewers know each other's identities).

Number of Reviewers: Each article is evaluated by at least 3 experts.

Reviewer Conditions: Reviewers must be external experts who are not affiliated with the same institution as the authors, ensuring academic transparency and standards.

  1. Plagiarism Detection

Authors must adhere to academic ethics and integrity. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited. The journal requires a similarity index of no more than 15%, verified by the CopyCatch software via the ThaiJO system.

  1. Publication Fee

There are no publication fees (Free of Charge) at any stage of the process, including submission, peer review, and online publication.

  1. Citation Standards and Article Status

Citation Standard: Strictly follow the APA 7th Edition format.

Article Status: To meet international standards, every PDF file will clearly indicate the Received, Revised, and Accepted dates.

  1. Timeline

The process from submission to acceptance takes approximately 1-2 months (depending on the speed of the author’s revisions and the reviewers' responses).

  1. Copyright and Access

The content and information within the articles are the sole responsibility of the authors. The editorial board is not responsible for any copyright infringement or litigation.

Copyright of the published articles belongs to the Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University Khon Kaen Campus

The journal provides Open Access to its content. Academic use is permitted provided that the source is properly cited according to the APA 7th Edition standard.
