The Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University of Khon Kaen Campus is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics to ensure academic quality and integrity. The following guidelines are established:
Originality and Prior Publication: Authors must certify that the submitted manuscript is an original work and has not been previously published elsewhere.
Focus and Scope: The content of the manuscript must align with the journal's focus and scope.
Manuscript Preparation: Authors must strictly adhere to the formatting requirements specified in the “Information for Authors.”
Citations and References: All external sources must be accurately cited within the text and included in the reference list, strictly following the APA 7th Edition standard.
Data Integrity: Authors must present factual results and data. Any form of data fabrication, falsification, or distortion is strictly prohibited.
Authorship: All individuals listed as authors must have significantly contributed to the research and the preparation of the manuscript.
Funding Disclosure: Authors must disclose all sources of financial support for the research (if applicable).
Reference Accuracy: Authors must ensure that all citations and references are consistent and accurate. Irrelevant or excessive citations should be avoided.
Ethical Responsibilities: Authors must uphold academic ethics and integrity. The manuscript must be free from copyright infringement and plagiarism. The Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University of Khon Kaen Campus utilizes the CopyCatch software via the ThaiJO (TCI) system for plagiarism detection. The similarity index must not exceed 15%.
Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must decline the review request and immediately notify the Editor if any conflict of interest exists, such as personal relationships or professional collaborations with the authors.
Objectivity: Reviews must be conducted objectively based on academic merit without personal bias. Reviewers should notify the Editor if they detect substantial similarity between the manuscript and any published works.
Confidentiality: Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript and must not disclose or utilize any part of the work for personal gain or to unauthorized individuals.
Selection of Manuscripts: Editors evaluate manuscripts based on their quality and relevance to the journal's scope and editorial policies.
Academic Credibility: Editors ensure that published works utilize sound research methodologies, maintain high credibility, and contribute new knowledge to the field.
Decision Process: Manuscripts will only be considered for final publication after receiving acceptance from at least 3 reviewers.
Editorial Coordination: Editors facilitate effective communication between the editorial board, reviewers, and authors.
Prevention of Dual Publication: Editors must ensure that manuscripts have not been published elsewhere prior to acceptance.
Confidentiality and Anonymity: Editors must protect the anonymity of both authors and reviewers throughout the peer-review process.
Plagiarism Screening: Editors must rigorously monitor for plagiarism using the CopyCatch software via the ThaiJO (TCI) system. The similarity index must not exceed 15%.
Reviewer Independence: Editors must assign manuscripts to reviewers who have no conflict of interest (e.g., reviewers must not be affiliated with the same institution as the authors).
Sanctions for Misconduct: In cases of proven ethical misconduct, the editorial board will notify the authors and their respective institutional heads. Furthermore, the journal will suspend any future submissions from the involved group of authors for a period of 5 years.
Right to Withdraw: If plagiarism or ethical breaches are detected, the Editor reserves the right to terminate the review process and withdraw the manuscript immediately without the authors' consent.
