Announcement of Article Publication Fee Policy

Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University Khon Kaen Campus

The Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University Khon Kaen Campus, hereby informs authors and prospective authors that the Journal will begin charging an article publication fee for manuscripts submitted for consideration for publication from August 16, 2027 (B.E. 2570) onwards, with the following details:

  1. Articles Subject to the Publication Fee Policy

Articles submitted to the Journal's online submission system on or after August 16, 2027, will be subject to the publication fees specified below.

Articles submitted to the Journal's online submission system before August 16, 2027, will not be subject to any publication fee, and no fee will be charged retroactively.

  1. Publication Fee Payment Procedure

Authors are not required to pay the publication fee at the time of article submission.

The Journal will first conduct a preliminary screening of the submitted manuscript by the Editorial Board. Once the manuscript has passed the preliminary screening, the Journal will notify the author to proceed with payment of the publication fee through the Journal's online submission system or an official communication channel.

Authors must pay the publication fee within 15 days from the date of notification by the Journal.

If the author fails to make the payment within the specified period, the Journal reserves the right to discontinue the article review process.

  1. Payment Channel

Authors may pay the publication fee only through the University's official bank account, as follows:

After making the payment, authors must submit proof of payment through the Journal's online submission system or the channel designated by the Editorial Board for verification and issuance of an official receipt in accordance with the University's regulations.

The Journal does not permit authors to transfer publication fees to any personal bank account belonging to the Editor, members of the Editorial Board, peer reviewers, or any Journal staff under any circumstances.

  1. Important Conditions

Payment of the publication fee does not guarantee acceptance or publication of the article.

All submitted articles must still undergo preliminary screening, peer review, and consideration by the Editorial Board in accordance with the Journal's criteria and established review procedures.

Once the publication fee has been paid, the Journal reserves the right not to issue a refund under any circumstances.

The Journal sincerely thanks all authors and relevant parties for their understanding and cooperation in complying with this policy.
