Duties of the Editors
1. Editors are responsible for evaluating the quality of manuscripts for publication in the Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University, Khon Kaen Campus, taking into consideration their alignment with the scope and objectives of the journal.
2. Editors are responsible for evaluating the manuscripts for publication, ensuring they adhere to correct research methodologies, are reliable, useful, contribute to the generation of new knowledge, and align with the journal's policy. They base their decision on the research findings to determine whether the manuscript is suitable for publication.
3. Editors must decide whether to accept or reject a manuscript for publication in the Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University, Khon Kaen Campus, only after receiving the results from three reviewers.
4. The editor coordinates with the editorial board, reviewers, and authors to ensure the correctness and appropriateness of the publication processes.
5. Editors must not publish a paper which has been previously published elsewhere.
6. Editors must not disclose any information about authors and reviewers to other parties who are not involved in the paper evaluation process at any stage.
7. Editors must check articles for plagiarism using reliable software. The percentage of copied content must not exceed 20%.
8. The editor must assign reviewers who have no conflicts of interest, such as ensuring that reviewers are not affiliated with the same institution as the author, to review the manuscript.
9. Should editors detect any ethical violations during the evaluation process, they must notify all authors listed in the manuscript to acknowledge the issue and report it to the highest authority in the organization of the article's owner. Moreover, editors must abstain from considering articles authored by individuals whose names have been published in the Journal of Graduate School of Management Studies of Sripatum University, Khon Kaen Campus, for a period of 5 years.
10. Should editors detect plagiarism of others' works during the manuscript evaluation process, they must immediately halt the evaluation process and contact the authors to request clarification. They have the authority to withdraw the publication without the author's consent, which is considered a right and responsibility of the editorial board.
